Runhe Materials is a national high-tech enterprise specialising in the R&D, manufacturing and marketing of innovative silicone materials. On 27 November 2017 it was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under code 300727.
Over two decades it has become a recognised name in silicone new materials and textile chemicals, operating multiple subsidiaries and a portfolio spanning 16 major application areas — from agricultural wetting agents to optical and IC packaging.
In thermal management, the company has used that base to develop single-phase and two-phase immersion coolants and cold-plate coolants, now deployed in data centers, energy storage, 5G communications and new energy vehicles.
